Proof That Human Life Began In Africa

Homo Sapien 1024x585 1

Like most people, especially Black people in the United States, I believed what the  Pastor and Sunday school teachers were teaching. I maturated through my teenage and young adult years believing that life began in the Garden of Eden and that the earth along with the first human beings (Adam and Eve) were created 6000 years ago.

What they did not teach was that in 1650; it was Archbishop James Usser who declared that the world was 6000 years old, saying that the world was created in 4004 BC, basing his conclusion on a study of the Bible.

Nor was it taught that a few years later Dr. John Lightfoot, one-time Chancellor of Cambridge University, stipulated to an exact date. He put forth that the creation of the world took place on October 23, 4004 BC, at 9 am.

However, this short article is not about the deceptions and fabrications that were transformed into dogma and doctrine within the institution of Christian imperialism; it is about what science, i.e., radiocarbon dating, historical anthropology, archeology, and genetics tell us about the first human beings.

Africa And Africans

Robin Walker; “When We Ruled,” says:

“ Ethiopians [i.e., Africans], were the first of all men. They did not come into their lands as immigrants from abroad but were natives of it and so justly bear the name of autochthones [i.e., sprung from the soil itself].”

Walker is not alone in placing the origin of human beings in Ethiopia, scientists and historians representing nearly every culture and nationality all agree. Addis Abba, the capital of Ethiopia is approximately 624 miles from the equator; as such, Walker tells us:

“It was the warmth of the sun when at the generation of the universe, dried up the earth when it was still wet and impregnated it with life. It is reasonable to suppose that the region which was nearest the sun was the first to bring forth living creatures.”

The oldest known skeletal remains of anatomically modern humanity (homo sapiens sapiens) have been excavated at four sites in Africa, of which, the oldest were discovered at Omo in Ethiopia. They were dated at 195,000 years old.

Skeletons were also found at Laetoli in Tanzania, Classes River Mouth in South Africa, and Border Cave in South Africa. These finds have been dated between 130,000 and 110,000 years old.

The oldest homo sapiens sapiens remains excavated in Asia are dated at 95,000 years old. The oldest homo sapiens sapiens remains found in Europe were dated 39,000 years old. Likewise, the oldest homo sapiens sapiens remains found in Australasia were dated at 32,000 years old, though it is believed that humans have inhabited that continent for 70,000 years.

Human skeletons outside Africa are, therefore, much younger than the oldest African finds. This evidence supports the notion that humanity originated in Africa and gradually spread out over the globe.

All of the remains discussed above, including the Asian, the European, and the Australasian finds, were of the Negroid type. The oldest known skeletons of non-Negroes that have so far been excavated are among the Cro-Magnon remains found in both southern France and the Caucasus region of Russia.

These excavations, some of which are Caucasians or at least ancestors of Caucasians, have been dated at 20,000 years old. The oldest known remains of the Mongolian type (Chinese, Japanese, Malaysian, etc.) are still younger.

Professor Rebecca Cann and her colleagues at the University of Berkeley, California, conducted pioneering work with mitochondrial DNA. Their findings suggested that all modern humans have a lineage traceable to a single female ancestor.

“Her theory is an example of monogenesis – the idea that all human groups are descended from the same parent population.”

Professor Cann drew the conclusion that the transformation of archaic to anatomically modern forms of Homo sapiens [i.e. homo sapiens sapiens] occurred first in Africa … and that all present-day humans are descendants of that African population.

“Professor Cann and her colleagues compared mitochondrial DNA from different human populations worldwide, and from those comparisons, they argued that all human populations had a common ancestor in Africa around 200,000 years ago.”

With all the tools that this generation of technology and research has to work with, it is possible to trace the origins of the human race using methods that can be verified and proved to be true by scientists all over the world.

Cheikh Anta Diop; “Civilization Or Barbarism, An Authentic Anthropology,” takes into account the research and work of Dr. Louis Leakey, who placed the birthplace of humanity in East Africa’s Great Lakes region, around the Omo Valley.

Dr. Diop tells us:

  • Humankind born around the Great Lakes region, almost on the Equator, is necessarily pigmented and Black; the Gloger Law calls for warm-blooded animals to be pigmented in a hot and humid climate.
  • All the other races derive from the Black race by a more or less direct filiation, and the other continents were populated from Africa at the Homo Erectus and homo sapiens stages, 150,000 years.

Professor Kaba Hiawatha Kamene, “Spirituality Before Religions;” informs us that “human footprints have been found in Africa preserved in volcanic ash floor dating back nine to twelve (9-12) million years. They are called the “Laetoli Footprints.” They are located about thirty (30) miles south of Olduvai (Located in Northern Tanzania).”

Between archaeological discoveries and excavations, it begs to reason how Europeans of high learning could conjecture that the world and human beings were created six thousand years ago.

Dr. Ife Kilimanjaro, Dr. Tdka Kilmanjaro, and Yahra Aaneb, Seba; in their book “African Time, (Universe to 1896)” provide a scientific breakdown of the origin and evolution of human beings:

The process of human development-from humanoids to modern humans comprised six specimens. The first five have disappeared completely, what remains is the sixth. The sixth specimen who survived is modern human as we know it, called Homo Sapiens-Sapiens. The first three specimens of humanity were born in Africa and became extinct in Africa. In other words, they never arrived at a potential for expansion and never left the continent of Africa.

The three others did leave Africa. Among these three others, two are closely identified. The first, which we call Homo Erectus went into Europe 400,000 years ago and went into Asia 500,000 years ago. Homo erectus left Africa by means of the Straits of Gibraltar or the Isthmus of Suez and was followed by what we call Neanderthal and then followed by Homo Sapiens-Sapiens.

Nearly 4.6 billion years ago Earth formed with organic life emerging 3.7 billion years ago, and human life originating 5.5 million years ago in central east Africa. Humanity passed through 5 stages: Australopithecus, homo habilis, homo erectus, Homo sapiens Neanderthal, Homo Sapiens-Sapiens. Born on Lake Eyasi, Broken Hill, Imo River, Awash Valley to Makapan, Taung, Kromdraai, and Saldanha Bay in South Africa, they were all Black populations, only changing skin color as they changed continents and climate.

Conclusion

The creation story that I was taught growing up in church and Sunday School, i.e., that the earth and human beings were created six (6000) years ago is false; it is not true and cannot hold up against the truth that is preserved just under the surface of the earth.

The discovery of artifacts and scientific research gives us a window into the past, allowing us to discover the truth for ourselves. Our ancestors are buried in allegory, mythology, and Christian imperialism. They are excited and joyous about our waking up from the slumber of European spiritual, psychological, and social enslavement.

Our ancestors really want us to know the truth, Ase!
